Where should this be mounted?
This is what the manufacturer recommends:Typically the switch is mounted 6 to 8 inches from the bilge bottom. The best reference to mount it is about a half inch below the level of the boat manufacturer's existing high water switch.

High Water Sensor

The Wireless High-Water Sensor detects if there is water in the bilge and instantly sends an alert to the GOST Specter App if water has risen above a preset level. Mount the Water Probe at the desired height in the bilge and plug the other end into the Wireless Module. Link the module to the GOST Universal Control Unit and receive alerts if your boat is taking on water.
