International Dock Products, Inc. was established in 1995 as a result of a merger between S. King Fulton, Inc. and Flexmaster, Inc. Both companies were successful marina accessory manufacturers / distributors for many years. S. King Fulton, Inc. had been manufacturing electrical power centers and other dock accessories for over 30 years. Flexmaster, Inc. had been manufacturing Flexmaster Dock Fenders and other accessories for over 10 years.
